Building Woodlands Meed update

Since our update last Friday, our team, working closely with their supply chain, continues to focus all efforts into the completing the final elements of the build project to deliver a fantastic new building for Woodlands Meed College.

A significant milestone was reached this week, with the new building passing its Air Test with flying colours. An Air Test is an important element of Building Regulation requirements, which ensures that a building doesn't leak or retain too much air. We are delighted to be able to confirm that the new College building passed its test at the first time of asking, representing a significant step forward as we finalise things ready for handover to West Sussex County Council in the coming weeks.

Things have also been progressing well outside, with the new grass having its very first cut and finishing touches are applied to the landscaped spaces for young people to relax, play and socialise.

We expect further significant steps forward over the coming days and will provide a further update next week, so that students, their families and the community can keep up to date with progress as we work to complete this exciting project.
