We are delighted to confirm that since our previous update a few weeks ago, the concrete frame for the new college building is now complete, marking a significant milestone as we work to deliver a fantastic new educational environment for young people with SEND in West Sussex.
The roof is progressing well, and work is under way on the external walls, including the installation of windows and doors. Brickwork and internal finishes will be getting under way in the new year.
UK Power Networks (UKPN) have now completed their works in the public highway.
The construction team on site will be taking a break for the Christmas holidays from lunchtime today (23 December 2022). The team will be back on site from the 3rd of January 2023.
